White or light pink crystal powder, odourless and tasteless, melting point 140°C, slightly soluble in ethanol, glycerine, hardly soluble in water, soluble in the solution of sodium hydroxide, its aqueous solution appears acid reaction, taste faint bitter.

Uses
The product is an antipyretic and analgesic which is used to treat fever, headache, neuralgia, arthralgia, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. Besides it is intermediates of other medicine and pesticide.
